| Role Summary/Purpose: | An enrolled student at an educational institution, working on a project or a specific assignment at GE to fulfill academic requirement or to gain practical training and is recruited into GE as an intern with the intention of converting him/her into a full time hire for leadership program or an entry level position. |
| Essential Responsibilities: | 1. Marketing support - Support in marketing events organization process (round tables, exhibitions, international congresses) including contacts with events’ and travel agencies - Regular revision and keeping updated marketing materials – brochures, presentations. Keep all the actual marketing material placed at GE Box - Adding new marketing materials into ZINC approval system - Interaction with translating and advertising agencies - PET and Nuclear Medicine promotion through GE web-site 2. Molecular Imaging product knowledge - Regular basic monitoring of the company and competitors’ web-sites in terms big news/ initiatives - Product long descriptions translation and loading in into Siebel - Support with registration process 3. Administrative support - Mailing to customers - Prepare required documents for payment according to the company procedures - create Purchasing Orders - Record and maintain customer profiles, including keeping track of key decision makers |
| Qualifications/Requirements: | - 4-6 year student of technical university (phisics or biomedical engineering education is preferable) - Demonstrated PC proficiency – Excel, PowerPoint, Word - Good communication skills - Analytical skills, proactiveness, accurate and detailed oriented, fast learner - English – Upper-intermediate - Medical equipment technical background is a plus - Ability to work 25-40 hours a week - Eligibility work in Russia |
