Role Summary/Purpose: | O&TD Manager is responsible for leading cross-business Organization & Talent Development Initiatives regarding talent development, organization engagement, strategic staffing, and diversity initiatives in the region. |
Essential Responsibilities: | Leading strategic HR planning and ensuring alignment with the Region’s business strategy Implementing global strategies in talent assessment, leadership development, executive staffing and coaching Conducting periodic organization needs assessments, data tracking Creating detailed project plans for developing, launching, and running programs - responsible for completing activities on time and on budget Leading GE's annual People review including Global Growth & Operations (GGO) and Regional People Review Work on a building of regional talent pipeline that will drive regional growth and have global mindset Assist and be a changing agent in promoting cultural transformation and rolling out key initiatives such as GE Beliefs, Performance Development, Fast Works, GE Digital, etc. Leading organizational change initiatives, succession planning and coordination of communication for key organization changes Coordinating GE Opinion Survey in the Region and implementing interventions as a result of the detailed analysis of the region-wide data aimed at enhancing the employee engagement and loyalty Implementing initiatives aimed at driving HR functional excellence within the business Managing development of Leadership Programs across the region |
Qualifications/Requirements: | Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a western company – complex/matrix organizations - as business group HR Manager or Learning and Development manager or Leadership Program manager Working knowledge of leadership development models and techniques Broad understanding of program assessment methodologies and measurement tools Knowledge of key technics of Leadership programs best practices Personal presence, program knowledge and communication skills to work with senior business leaders, high potential participants and a broad range of training vendors Highly results - and customer-oriented Effective coaching for a diverse group of people A capacity to manage several clients and programs concurrently Strong demonstration in execution of programs and metric presentation |

Desired Characteristics: | Master’s degree in a related field (MBA, L&D, GPHR, HR);
Learning, design, C&B or Staffing experience is a plus |
