| Essential Responsibilities: | Project GOC Recordkeeping Landscape includes: - Assessment ‘as is’ - Project Passport - Project Planning - Implementation in Q4 - Landscape and SOP - Trainings Logistics: Support ‘paid-on-time’ Logistics services payment project based on Oracle Monitoring: Support documents turnover procedure simplification in collaboration with Monitoring Leader and Customs agents Customs Agent: Develop notification tool based on Smart sheet in collaboration with Service providers Logistics: Support "paid-on-time" Logistics services payment project based on Oracle Monitoring: Support documents turnover procedure simplification in collaboration with Monitoring Leader and Customs agents Customs Agent: Develop notification tool based on Smart sheet in collaboration with Service providers |
| Qualifications/Requirements: | - Undergraduate in Customs, Logistics or International Trade disciplines; - Understanding of Compliance requirements; - Strong analytical skills; - Intermediate or above English skills, both verbal and written; - Ability to communicate at all levels with customs, finance and other cross functional teams based in Russia and Europe/Americas; - Strong IT skills: Excel super user, 1C or other ERP system experience is a plus; - Self-motivated, result oriented; - Desire to grow and develop a career in international cross-function environment |
