Essential Responsibilities: | The role of the intern will be to assist Service and Installation Managers in installation and outage planning and execution with a specific focus on scheduling and preparation of Job Cost Estimates for the outages, and management of the Field Services productivity metrics: - Assist Service Managers at all stages of outage planning cycle, including validation of scopes and schedules, identification of resources & tooling - Assist in development of Job Cost Estimates, cost tracking and reporting - Support Service and Installation Managers in conducting risk assessments for each outage - Help in implementing the above functions interface with key people and departments across GE organization and 3rd party contractors - Assist in gathering and verifying data for outage performance metrics |
Qualifications/Requirements: | - University undergraduate with a major in Power industry - Ability to work at least 25 hours per week - PC proficiency – Excel (pivot tables), PowerPoint, Word - Team player – ability to create and maintain relationships with internal and external partners - Strong analytical skills – able to analyze a big amount of data - Proactive and fast learner - Accurate and detailed oriented - Fluent Russian, English – Upper-intermediate - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Eligible to work in Russia |
