Role Summary/Purpose: The application process for the Sales Intern role in GE Oil & Gas is open throughout the year. Recruitment Specialist will contact suitable candidates as soon as the intake for this vacancy opens.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Collecting and analyzing market information on the fuel/gas retail industry (trends, investments, regulations)

- Regular basic monitoring of the company and competitors' web-sites in terms big news/ initiatives; discrepancies in data and product information; customers' contacts and requirements

- Prepare required documents for payment according to the company procedures. Create Purchasing Orders and make sure timely approval flow. Track documents: both technical and administrative

- Communicate market information from the field effectively including competitor data Ensure knowledge of and compliance with Company policies and quality processes

- Support sales of assigned product range and business solutions to customers within the area

- Coordinate the tender response for defined products

- Record and maintain customer profiles, including keeping track of key decision makers

- Telesales, hot calls
Qualifications/Requirements: - Undergraduate of Technical university (with major in Oil & Gas is preferrable)
- Ability to work at least 25 hours per week in a dynamic, changing environment
- PC proficiency – Excel (pivot tables), PowerPoint, Word
- English – Upper-intermediate (can be Intermediate if core skills are at a very good level)
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills – able to analyze a big amount of data
- Team player – ability to create and maintain relationships with internal and external partners
- Eligible to work in Russia
