| Role Summary/Purpose: | The application process for the Commercial Operations Intern role in GE Healthcare is open throughout the year. Recruitment Specialist will contact suitable candidates as soon as the intake for this vacancy opens. |
| Essential Responsibilities: | - Collecting and analyzing market information on the healthcare industry (trends, investments, regulations) - Working with customer database - Regular basic monitoring of the company and competitors’ web-sites in terms big news/ initiatives; discrepancies in data and product information; customers’ contacts and requirements - Prepare required documents for payment according to the company procedures. Create Purchasing Orders and make sure timely approval flow. Track documents: both technical and administrative - Communicate market information from the field effectively including competitor data - Support sales of assigned product range and business solutions to customers within the area - Coordinate the tender response for defined products |
| Qualifications/Requirements: | - Undergraduate of university with major in Marketing, Management and Economics is preferrable - Ability to work at least 25 hours per week in a dynamic, changing environment - PC proficiency – Excel (pivot tables), PowerPoint, Word - English – Upper-intermediate - Excellent organization and communication skills - Strong analytical skills – able to analyze a big amount of data - Team player – ability to create and maintain relationships with internal and external partners - Eligible to work in Russia |
